1) Who Are Motorsport Supplies? 

Answer - We are a family run, motorsport parts and equipment business in Northern Ireland, we are competitors in motorsport, with experience in many forms including Autocross, Rallying, Sprints, Hillclimb. Our company director, has many motorsport wins and accomplishments including an overall championship win in 2021. Competition vehicle builds, and maintenance. 

2) I placed an order, when will it arrive? 

If you placed an order before 1PM, it will be shipped the same day if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be contacted by phone/email to update you on the order status, and when you should expect the item. 

3) What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once received, it will be checked, you will be able to exchange the item for another, or get a refund. 

4) Who will my order be shipped with?

We mainly use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. 

5) I want an item that is not listed on your website, Can you help?

Yes, we are constantly expanding our products, and we can get the majority of items from our suppliers, Please get in contact and we can help!

6) When can I contact you to ask a question?

Anytime, we are not a 9-5 business, you can contact us by many channels, Email, Social Media Messenger, Live Chat on website, Phone Calls!
